Length of area x Height of area = m² (square metres of your area).
How to Calculate How Many Boxes You Need
You can calculate how many boxes you need by dividing the surface area by the coverage area.
All Alpine Schist products come in boxes that cover 0.4m²
E.g., your 8m² surface area = 20 boxes
Formula: 8m² ÷ 0.4m² = 20
E.g., your 21.75m² surface area = 55 boxes (rounded up)
Formula: 21.75m² ÷ 0.4m² = 54.38
All Brick products come in boxes that cover 0.65m²
E.g., your 13m² surface area = 20 boxes
Formula: 13m² ÷ 0.65m² = 20
E.g., your 25m² surface area = 39 boxes (rounded up)
Formula: 25m² ÷ 0.65m² = 38.46
How to Install Dreamstone
Follow these easy steps to install:
- Prepare the surface.
- Make up your paste/glue.
- Smooth out the edges of your bottom row if needed.
- Level out the bottom row.
- Apply the paste to your surface.
- Build your wall staggering your joins for each row.
- Remember to clean your tiles.
- Use a gloss/sealer to finish your tiles.
